Woo Meditation
Breathing Meditation in Woo:
- Find a comfortable sitting position.
- Take several deep breaths through your nose.
- As you breath in say to yourself: "Woo"
- As you breath out say to yourself: "Woo"
- Feel your breath throughout your body.
- If you find your mind forming thoughts and words return your focus to your breath:
- "Woooooo" - In
- "Woooooo" - Out
This process can help calm one's thoughts and breath through the repetition of a single word, it gives the mind something to return to when it wanders as it naturally will.
You can also try "woo" in place of "om" for a vocal breathing meditation.
