Woo Meditation

Breathing Meditation in Woo:

  1. Find a comfortable sitting position.
  2. Take several deep breaths through your nose.
  3. As you breath in say to yourself: "Woo"
  4. As you breath out say to yourself: "Woo"
  5. Feel your breath throughout your body.
  6. If you find your mind forming thoughts and words return your focus to your breath:
    1. "Woooooo" - In
    2. "Woooooo" - Out

This process can help calm one's thoughts and breath through the repetition of a single word, it gives the mind something to return to when it wanders as it naturally will.

You can also try "woo" in place of "om" for a vocal breathing meditation.
